Based in Nassau, Bahamas, Charo is a trade and economic policy professional with cross-sector experience supporting international trade, investment facilitation, and private-sector development in small and emerging economies.
Charo holds an MA in International Trade & Investment Policy with a focus in Economic Policy Analysis from George Washington University, a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Political Science and Economics from Howard University, and an Associate’s degree in History with distinction from the College of The Bahamas.
She is currently a member of the Association of Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA), the Society for International Development (SID) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
