Summary Scope of Work
Development of a sustainable wastewater management system for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to be used at the Ulang Hospital and that will protect human health and the environment (e.g. groundwater, surface water, land, air, and wild and domesticated animals).
An assessment was done to determine the most feasible options for the management of the hospital wastewater. The advantages and disadvantages of each of these management options was analyzed and appropriate and sustainable method to manage and treat the HWW was selected. The information was then used as the basis for the design and installation of the necessary infrastructure.
