Summary Scope of Work
The project seeks to develop 5 new blocks of buildings 3-storeys each with a total of 480 single self-contained rooms each with a gross covered floor area of 17sq.M.
Key Features
Each room is complete with the following facilities:
Single bed (base, mattress)
Built-in closet
Study workstation (worktop, chair, shelving, noticeboard)
Shower room (shower, toilet and wash hand basin)
Prepaid meter electricity
Prepaid meter water
Parking
The student residence is completely self-contained with facilities for cooking, dining, laundry, entertainment, sports and exercise.
