Summary Scope of Work
Carried out an assessment of Wallmannsthal Water Treatment Works with a focus on improving the efficiency of the HOENDERHOK DAF/SEDIMENTATION TANK.
The work included data collection and review of existing system, option analysis of most viable process options, evaluation and recommendation. It also involved confirmation of refurbishment scope; coming up with hydraulic designs that incorporate the intake and HLPS.
Modelling of tank emptying and filling based on distribution system plan. Production of engineering drawings (civil, structural, hydraulic profiles, chemical building configurations etc.). Production of a BOQ and technical specifications for use during tendering and construction.
