Our project portfolio focuses on the funding and development of projects which positively impact the Food-Water-Energy Nexus and improve the Human Development Index and Climate Resilience in Southern Africa utilizing, as a general framework, the Public Private Partnership and Concession Contracts (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer, Engineer-Procure-Construct, Design-Build-Operate-Maintain) as the project delivery model.
We evaluate the project’s underlying business case for the presence of critical success factors such as Stakeholder Support, Sponsor Commitment, Economic/Social/Environmental viability to name a few, before we express interest and assemble a project specific consortium with the relevant expertise for the successful development, solicitation of investment finance, and implementation of the project.
